

A passionate, energetic team oriented individual with strong analytical, interpersonal, creative and leadership skills.3-5 years of marketing experience, in cosmetics/beauty industry is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.Monitor best practices in Beauty and Luxury sector to identify opportunities.Gather necessary information and oversee preparation for internal and retailer meetings.Work closely with cross-functional partners, including US Brand Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Forecasting, Education, Sell-In and Creative.Support the development of innovative marketing programs leveraging offline/online initiatives while effectively managing the retailer relationship.Analyze SKU and category performance in channel to identify opportunities to grow key categories in every store, using both internal reporting as well as market data sources.Oversee and route all digital and printed marketing materials/copy/layouts for approval.Prepare and maintain marketing and merchandising calendars and budgets.Submit and manage all creative and merchandising requests to ensure timely development of all marketing programs, merchandising updates and collateral materials.Partner with sell-in teams to plan sampling and collateral needed to execute launches and maintain core growth.
